Wish faster
We are way out in the field and direct line of site about 1/4 mile down the road. We still have slow days and then we get SLOW DAYS. Those are the days when I wish I had another choice. I think that it's slow for movies and games, most of the time. Great for everything else.

Basic Internet - Expensive Pricing
Of course, for the high price and low speed you are going to get: - 5 stars for good customer service so that they don't scare you away - 4 stars for reliability because it is often a strong, sustained connect without lag. 2-5 times per month internet goes down or sometimes slows up in evening/late night. - 2 stars for speed. I was going to say 1 star because it's 1 Mbps download but the ping really makes up for it (15 ms). - 1 star for Value because you are paying $40/mo. for 1 Mbps

Great people to deal with. Service is very stable and reliable. I wish the speed was a little faster but it is much better than the satellite service I replaced.
