Decent Internet option but beware
The internet runs well the majority of the time. However, I've had a $200 payment that was lost. I dropped it off in their mail slit and when I called to confirm they got it there was no record of it...(sure.) Trying to pay my bill recently was fun too. I tried calling 2 hours prior to the closing with no answer. I finally get an answer 10 minutes before close and I get put on hold until they all leave the office. It is the only internet option in my area. At least it's fairly reliable.

Ryan was courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and patient -- going over and above, and taking the time to ensure our wireless upgrade was completed and working to our satisfaction.
