Decent Internet option but beware

The internet runs well the majority of the time. However, I've had a $200 payment that was lost. I dropped it off in their mail slit and when I called to confirm they got it there was no record of it...(sure.) Trying to pay my bill recently was fun too. I tried calling 2 hours prior to the closing with no answer. I finally get an answer 10 minutes before close and I get put on hold until they all leave the office. It is the only internet option in my area. At least it's fairly reliable.
