Bertram is pricey, but the service is pretty good for a rural provider.

I receive 15Mbps service from Bertram in the Town of Hartland. The service is generally reliable and rarely goes down. The price is pretty high for the speeds offered, but not unreasonable for a rural provider. Speeds generally drop to about 3-4Mbps during peak hours. The installation was a snap, and the installer was professional and helpful. Customer service is local and is generally polite and knowledgeable. Because they aren't a large company, support isn't available 24-7.
