Headquartered in Ridgeland, Mississippi, C Spire has provided telecommunications services to the South since 1988. It offers fiber, cable, and mobile broadband internet to residential and business customers, as well as cloud storage, voice calling services, managed networks, and security services. A pioneer of wireless communications in the region, C Spire was the first wireless carrier to offer free incoming calls and unlimited calling plans. It operates 72 store locations throughout the region, making neighborly face-to-face customer service a breeze.
C Spire Fiber serves Mississippi and select areas of Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Georgia, and northern Florida. Cable internet is available in Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida, and mobile broadband covers all of Mississippi, as well as Memphis, Tennessee, and the Pensacola, Florida, area. C Spire Fiber launched one of the nation’s first gigabit-speed home fiber networks in 2013 and has laid over 20,000 miles of fiber-optic lines, bringing high-speed fiber to underserved communities and countless homes across the South. C Spire uses specialized IT experts to find customized business solutions, including voice, collaboration, managed networks, and security. It contributes to Mississippi Optical Network (MissiON) to create multiple-gigabit fiber connections for all state universities and provide the infrastructure needed for online education. C Spire offers discounts for first responders, military members, educators, and government employees.

Not what I expected
Calls drop a ton, I can't use the internet if I'm on the phone, and the speed isn't as fast as I expected either. The main thing is not being able to use the internet while on the phone.
Blazing Fast Internet and The Best Customer Service
I've had service for about 6 months now, and it has been exactly as advertised. Super fast speeds and low latency. I've only had one issue so far, fiber got disconnected across the street and they had a tech out to my house in 45 minutes. He quickly fixed the issue and I haven't had any other service interruptions since. Can't recommend enough.
