Where you live in Orange will determine which internet providers are available. Two major providers offer wired internet service in various neighborhoods: AT&T and Spectrum.

Between the two, Spectrum has the most coverage in Orange, specifically 93.7%. Its cable internet service is available virtually everywhere, except for public, non-residential areas, such as parks and universities.

The runner-up for availability in Orange is AT&T Fiber, with 25.6% coverage. While not as accessible as Spectrum, AT&T Fiber is the prime choice for fast speeds, especially for residents of large households with multiple users. East of Old Towne Orange is where AT&T Fiber is widely available, save for the few patches of business plazas and neighborhoods along East Chapman Avenue and East Almond Avenue.

If your residence is outside AT&T Fiber’s coverage, you might have better luck with its IPBB service. It’s available in most residential neighborhoods, especially southwest of Old Towne Orange. Like its fiber service, AT&T’s IPBB coverage doesn’t include public institutions like Chapman University and Orange City Hall.
