Great customer/tech services
Hello. My old router was fried during an electrical storm. CAL.NET sent a technician out to replace the fried router. While here, he did all the adjustments, made the installation, and departed. However, I was unable to maintain a stable connection with some of my Bluetooth appliances. I called again, and he returned, made some technical tweaks, and suggestions on how to improve and maintain my Bluetooth signal. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so, and he came out yet again. He made a number of changes, changed my router, and made several other suggestions, including taking a personal interest in my being satisfied and hooking up my Bluetooth devices to my satisfaction, he provided me with his cell phone number. For several weeks after that, I was still unable to maintain a steady connection via Bluetooth. I would text him over a period of about three weeks and every time he would respond promptly with new ideas, suggestions, and some direction. He was not satisfied with the connections and on his own came out today and brought with him yet another modem, spending several hours here, and to my great satisfaction did not leave until my Bluetooth devices were all connected satisfactorily. I want to commend him and his support team in the office for all their hard work and effort to get me back into the technological world. They both spent countless hours and put in a lot of effort to make sure that I was satisfied and showed their commitment to making sure that everything worked before he left. The bottom line is the problem was not with him, who worked tremendously to get me online, but simply a glitch that no one could have predicted with the router design itself. Again, I commend them for not giving up, and making me completely satisfied with CAL.NET, which I would strongly recommend to anyone. Thanks, appreciate all you did.
Impressive service!
I’ve had such a great experience with this company. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. The technician was efficient & even set up autopay for me. I’ve had service for a month & have had absolutely no problems. I am very satisfied with Cal.Net!
