Reasonable price, very reliable, caring customer service personnel. Have had for several years now. No immediate plans to change, but, of course, always keeping a handle on what's currently around for other companies, prices, etc.

Great speeds for the price.
Best speed for the price in the area. I just wish there was more than 1Mbps upload. Cant find that anywhere in this area.
