Kindly service but mediocre or slow speed

Speed is often slow. For example, right now I'm downloading a video from You Tube at about 60 Kbps. Customer service is friendly and helpful, but we lose our connection about once per year, sometimes three times, and for no apparent reason. You have to use their modem, which, when it dies has to be replaced and that can take a day or two unless you drive to Fairfield, IA and pick up the replacement. But, the monthly cost of Lisco is not very high. It may be the best in the area, it's just slow and less reliable than it should be.
