Excellent
I have dealt with the largest ISP's over the years, aside from their customer service being poor at best, I constantly dealt with internet crashes, slow internet, and having to have my box pinged at least once a month. FiberNET is by far faster than other high-speed internet providers. FiberNET is up front, faster internet, and just overall better. Not only are they higher performance but even the cost is usually cheaper. With better infrastructure, better technology and better internet speeds; somehow the cost is cheaper. I recommend FiberNET to anyone, however, if you are hung up on the "On-demand" part or your current service, please note that FiberNET's On Demand service is very hollow. This is an easy price to pay as the way better internet, better suited for streaming video such as Hulu, Netflix, Youtube, or Vimeo. Thank you for giving the Morristown area a BETTER option then our previous monopolized services.
