Great service for being in the mountains

I'm at 3100 feet, six miles outside of town and I'm getting 25/3 reliable speed. Enough to steam 4K content as well as all multiple standard HD streams. Prices are suitable for the area. If you want faster speeds at cheaper prices, move back to the city. I'm happy with what I have and am looking to upgrade to more speed when fiber comes my way later this year.

Too expensive

You get more than what you pay for, in general. They offer up to 12/1mbps, and you will generally get 13/1mbps on that package. That said, the package is insanely expensive. For the same price, you could get 100/100 symmetrical or better anywhere else. The customer service is actually pretty decent since it is a small company. All that being said, other provider offers 24/3Mbps in the same area for less.
