Phenomenal Internet Provider
My family and I have had a phenomenal experience with Smithville. We pay $67/month for symmetrical gigabit internet. We get roughly 3ms latency which is terrific. Their customer support is really good, and they are in the area not halfway across the country. I recommend anybody who is in the service area to switch to Smithville.

What other option do I have...??
I have had Smithville for over 2 years and was on a waiting list for the DSL service for an equal amount or time. I now pay twice as much as any other DSL customer but still only get a maximum of 6Mbps download speed per line. I had to add a second line to my home just to be able to stream on more than one device. Customer service for my home has always been OUTSTANDING. I genuinely feel that the technicians who troubleshoot and service my home are second to none. I wish I could say the same thing for the speed, reliability and overall value of the Smithville DSL product. If my service is downgraded because of all the users “upstream”, then WHY do I have to pay over $100 for substandard service?
