Exactly as Described
I've been using their 10/5 service for almost four years and it has been exactly what I expected. They provide a reliable 10/5 connection for the price we agreed too. I've used a speed test many times and it is almost always is as advertised. Their support has been top-notch. They are a little expensive, but it's understandable given the technology employed. Overall - very satisfied.

Better than nothing
I live in the countryside, less than 7,000 feet by road from Lovettesville in a community of 70 homes. And Comcast won't even entertain the notion of running a wire to the neighborhood. So I am stuck with either All Points or Telegia. I get "up to 10 Mbps". In theory, there are only 3 houses using this service in the neighborhood. Regularly on speed tests I get <1 Mbbs. Although it is almost like they are looking for that since it goes up after I start. Get on Zoom with screen sharing. About half the time I have to wait since my speech is garbled. Online gaming is impossible. They do so much store and forward that I get what I call packet storms. 20 packets a second, 80 packets a second, 4239 packets per second, 120 packets per second. Online gaming if the packet gets here late I am better off just not getting it.
