Prompt & Complete Service
The United technician, Michael Harrison, was on-time and wasted no time repairing the issue. He recognized that we were not receiving the proper internet speed and remedied the problem quickly, as well as walking me through the setup of my new router. Everything was cleaned up and placed back as it should be before leaving. Mr. Harrison was polite and professional, and I am more than satisfied with the service he rendered on behalf of United Communications.

So Happy!
Just had Athena Wireless Broadband (United Communications) installed last week where I've been struggling with lack of service (semi-rural part of Spring Hill) for years and years. My only other options were satellite and cellular (data limits on both). I couldn't be more excited or happy with the service thus far! Tech did a very good job. Highly recommend if you are limited on options like I was. Thanks, United!

Great experience
If I were to describe my experience I would say excellent. Tech was able to find a key issue with my network within the first five minutes of troubleshooting my network issues. I have had this ongoing issue and have made several calls and put in several tickets with no resolution what so ever. Not only did he get my speeds up they are the best they have been EVER. As an IT professional I appreciate technicians like Harrison who are professional and well experienced in their field.

Great service and much improved field technicians.
Latest customer experience in August 2018 was very pleasant. The technician arrived timely and assisted and explained my router situation to me. Mike went above and beyond my expectations to offer recommendations for my United setup. I’ve noticed that United is working to improve their services to grow above the ‘mom and pop’ shop customer experience. Please keep good employees. We appreciate it greatly.

Very pleased with the repair service Mike provided
I have had United Telecommunications for a year and a half with no problem. The signal got weak possibly due to strong storms or trees. I placed a service call and the tech was there within an hour and got us right back up to speed. He was pleasant and I have been very satisfied with United Communications. I highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service
We had called and complained about our internet speed being slow. Tech came out to our house and went above and beyond to figure out the issue and fix it for us. The internet is working great now, and we couldn’t be happier.
