Great internet provider.
The office lady was very helpful and seemed to actually care about our problem and wanted to help us resolve it. We were told a repair person would be at our home at 1:00 pm the next day. Prior to 1:00 pm, the repair person called to say he was running late and would that be a problem, no it wouldn't. The repairman was very knowledgeable and made the necessary repairs in a very timely manner. Additionally, he offered and installed an upgraded part for our system. Nowadays, it's hard to find a company that provides the level of customer service that was provided by both the office lady and the repairman. Wtechlink is our internet provider and at this point, will always be.
