What Is Mercury Broadband?
Founded in 2007 in Topeka, Kansas, Mercury Broadband strives to provide internet services to underserved and rural areas in America. Due to funds from the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) and ReConnect Loan and Grant programs, Mercury Broadband has recently started expanding and building infrastructure even quicker in underserved communities. Mercury Broadband aims to provide hometown support from a local team to ensure customers receive straightforward service.
Mercury Broadband serves the Midwest states of Kansas, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri and Ohio. The provider is also planning to break into the Illinois market. Cities with access to the provider’s residential and business internet service include Topeka, Kansas; Grand Junction, Michigan; Goshen, Indiana; Hamilton, Missouri; and Hicksville, Ohio.

Great service
Great installation, service, and special thanks to the technician, very friendly and helpful!
Great service. Loved it
The service is great. Fast internet, fast enough for streaming or gaming, good coverage, and a nice technician. He set up the service too fast under cold weather hurting his fingers to set up it within the two hours scheduled. I loved it and highly recommend it to any new users. I also look forward to upgrading to the mercury fiber one as long it is available
Great install crew
Techs were excellent installation techs who really helped us get the most from our service. The speed is mind-blowing! We were stuck with only a 3.5 Mbps DSL connection from a pathetic telephone company as an internet option for the past 20+ years. If Mercury was only half as fast as the 75 Mbps I am getting it would be a step up in our house. The only issues so far have been a day of some kind of slowdown/intermittent connection. Called Support and left a message for a call back but I never heard from Mercury. They were having an outage in a nearby district so perhaps they had their hands full getting those customers taken care of.

Great so far
We live in the country and have only had the service for a week. So far it is great. We haven't had Internet service for over 8 years because satellite service was all we could get and it sucked. Very fast gaming speeds from the company. The techs were friendly and helpful. So far very satisfied.
Great customer service, reliable fast internet
We’ve had Mercury for years with no problems at all. COVID came into the picture and we are working from home and started experiencing drops in service multiple times a day and always at the most inopportune times. It took a while to pin down the problem but they hung in there with me, after numerous calls to their customer service line and two service trucks later, got it repaired. Before they figured out the issue, customer service would call me at set times to check in with me to see how service was doing. Both technicians were polite, quick with their work, and very helpful. I’m a happy customer, thank you!
Great Service
I've had Mercury for years and been very happy. Recently upgraded to the new XL service and we can stream with no problem. Kids can play games and we have no buffering. Happy we have a good provider in our area.
