INTERNET PERFORMANCE VERSUS CUSTOMER CARE

THE INTERNET ITSELF IS GREAT. I HAVE EXPERIENCED INTERNET AT MY HOME BEFORE AND NONE WERE AS FAST OR RELIABLE. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS WE LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME AND WE HAVE A CHILD THAT CAN'T ATTEND PUBLIC SCHOOL. TOMBIGBEE OFFERED US AN AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY DISCOUNT BUT FOR MONTHS WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET APPROVED WITH NO SUCCESS. OUR BILL REMAINS $84 AND WE ARE STRUGGLING TO KEEP OUR INTERNET ON. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS TRIPS TO TOMBIGBEE FOR HELP AND I CAN'T GET THAT EITHER. I AM GETTING SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATED.
