Bad Customer Service w/ bad reliability
Anytime you have a problem they try to blame your router. Even when the problem happens at the same times day after day after day. They refuse to believe it could actually be a problem on their side. For the price and reliability it's almost not worth it, part of living in a rural area they have you trapped. If you want a solid stream anytime after 7:00 pm just forget it.

Can't beat the reliability of fiber!
Very pleased. Speeds are much, much faster than other providers in the area. Why wait for Google Fiber? Beehive offers the same speeds and reliability!
