Phoenix Internet

I was happy when I found that Phoenix Internet would provide internet to my brand-new home. The installation was not good, dish was mounted to the roof and the cable was left laying on the roof and not fixed to the cement tile. When it came to the modem I wanted it in my office, the house was pre-wired with coax & cat-5 to all rooms and terminated in a cabinet in the laundry room. All cables were identified. Long story short tech said the cable was shorted and the only way is the modem has to stay on the floor in the laundry room. Had the cable checked and found the internet tech was on the wrong cable. Notified Phoenix Internet and was told there will be a charge to send a tech out so I should fix it myself. At that point, I said to cancel my service. If the installation was done right, I would still be their customer, unfortunately, I found another provider.

In the years I have been a customer, I have received premium internet service with immediate response from them. Good price too.

I've had Phoenix Internet since 2015, it had its ups and downs. Lately, it has been fine. I have friends who also have Phoenix internet, they seem to have more problems than me with it. In the past, I have experienced slow download speeds especially at certain times of the day. The plain I have is 15 Mbps for $60 a month, it's not bad. Wish the upload speed was better, its max is 2 Mbps. They do offer a $70 plan for 25MBPS which is not available in my area yet. I think Phoenix internet is a good option for rural areas or areas that don't have access to a wired provider. Overall, I like Phoenix internet. They could be better with speeds and reliability, but they are the best option available to me. I recommend it to anyone who does not have access to a wired provider. Hope this helps.

Wydebeam Broadband is not bad Internet Service Provider but they need to offer faster speeds than 15 Mbps.
