I was happy when I found that Phoenix Internet would provide internet to my brand-new home. The installation was not good, dish was mounted to the roof and the cable was left laying on the roof and not fixed to the cement tile. When it came to the modem I wanted it in my office, the house was pre-wired with coax & cat-5 to all rooms and terminated in a cabinet in the laundry room. All cables were identified. Long story short tech said the cable was shorted and the only way is the modem has to stay on the floor in the laundry room. Had the cable checked and found the internet tech was on the wrong cable. Notified Phoenix Internet and was told there will be a charge to send a tech out so I should fix it myself. At that point, I said to cancel my service. If the installation was done right, I would still be their customer, unfortunately, I found another provider.
