Inconsistent
When it is working, it’s great. However, it has gone down many times in the middle of the day. We also see a lot of degradation with some of our PCs and need to re-boot the system regularly. If it would stay up consistently, I would be good. But the inconsistency is starting to impact my ability to work from home and that’s not acceptable.

Maintenace on signal strength
I have to give a major shoutout to the tech for doing such a great job of fixing the internet signal strength. He explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it. Point Broadband is by far the best internet service I have ever had. Thank you Point Broadband staff for everything. I am recommending Point Broadband to all.

Great installation experience
The installer was great, very knowledgeable, on time, and had me hooked up and running in no time. Even my German Shorthaired Pointer liked him.
