We had Ziply installed yesterday and it was a nightmare. I contacted Kehaulani the person that came to our door to see if we wanted it or not. She told me she would be there every step of the way to help with install/service issues. I was skeptical but called her and she had another installer Steve out the next day to fix the problem. Steve was also amazing! Needless to say between the two of them my faith in customer service has been restored. Steve explained the entire hookup unlike the first installer. I was always reluctant to make the switch to fiber being skeptical of the true speed it would deliver to my home due to the information the fiber internet provider published which made no promises. Then a couple of years ago changed over to Frontier which only lasted a few days because their bundled TV product was such an aberration to me from what I was used to. However, in that brief experience I was super impressed with the quality and speed of the internet connection. I had the 1 gig plan. Most notable was a dramatic decrease in latency. Fast forward to this week and in the intervening years we made the move to streaming all of our TV content and this eliminated the dependency on our cable internet provider, so I've had it in the back of my mind to reconsider and now its Ziply instead of Frontier of course. Both didn't leave until 300 feet of fiber were hooked up properly and both internet and landline were working. "Whatever it takes" is still alive and well.
