Not Anymore

When I first purchased FHSI they were great. Several months later, I started having problems from time to time. It takes weeks to get them to make repairs. Last time took them about 5 weeks to come out. The best they could do was 10 Mbps. Of course I was tickled because it was the best I had in a long time. In reality I bought business class and originally ran at 70 Mbps. Now for the last year roughly I am paying for business class at $107/month and I just did a speed check and had 2.54 Mbps down and .54 Up. Put in another request for repair 2 weeks ago. I have not received a phone call or email. I am very disappointed in them. I guess when I can find something else I will send them their equipment back.

Please we went with Florida High Speed Internet

Excellent speed and customer service. I highly recommend them for small business needs. Did VoIP telephone service too. Saved a bunch and it is way faster than what I replaced.
